Logging Into the Control Panel

Logging Into The Obsidian Servers Control Panel

Overview

After placing an order with Obsidian Servers, you'll need to access the control panel to manage your Minecraft server. This guide explains how to log in to the panel for the first time.

Accessing the Panel

  1. Open your web browser
  2. Navigate to panel.obsidianservers.com
  3. When prompted to log in, enter the same credentials you used for the billing system:
    • Email address
    • Password

Password Reset

If you've forgotten your password:

  • Password resets must be done through the billing system, not the panel
    • If logged in, use the drop down menu on your name in the top right corner and select "Change Password"
    • If you have forgotten your password click here to reset your password
  • Follow the instructions

Account Management Options

After successfully logging in, you have several options for managing your server:

  • Adding Users to Your Server: If you want to give others permission to manage your Minecraft server without sharing your account credentials, please read our guide on Adding Users to Your Server.

  • Adding Billing Account Managers: If you need to give someone else access to manage your billing information and subscriptions, please refer to our guide on Managing Billing Account Access.

Common Login Issues

  • Ensure you're using the correct email address associated with your Obsidian Servers account
  • Check that you're navigating to panel.obsidianservers.com, not the billing system URL
  • Clear your browser cache if you're experiencing persistent login issues
  • Ensure cookies are enabled in your browser settings

If you continue to experience login issues, please open a ticket or email us at support@obsidianservers.com.
