Close Your Account
If you wish to close your Obsidian Servers account, you will need to submit a support ticket requesting account closure.
Before You Request Closure
Please ensure the following before submitting your request:
- All active services have been cancelled
- Any outstanding invoices have been paid
- You have downloaded any data you wish to keep
Steps

Open a Support Ticket

Set the subject to "Account Closure Request"

In the message, confirm that you wish to close your account

Submit the ticket
Alternatively, you can email us at hello@obsidianservers.com with your request.
Timeframe
Account closures are typically processed within 24 hours. In rare cases, it may take longer, but you will always receive a reply within our 12-hour response time.
